1.)  Wellness Strong People Don’t Tolerate Chronic Stress

Chronic stress occurs during a duration of ongoing physiological arousal.
This happens when our body takes on stressors with such frequency and/or intensity that our autonomic nervous system doesn’t have the proper chance to trigger the relaxation response on a regular basis.
This equates to the body staying in a perpetual state of physiological turmoil which affects every other system in the body on some level.

“If you plan to get stressed like a normal mammal, you had better turn on the stress response or else you’re dead. But if you get chronically, psychosocially stressed, like a Westernized human, then you are more at risk for heart disease and some of the other leading causes of death in Westernized life.”

People get real value in thinking that this is who you are in life.
It keeps them safe in their minds.
With this mindset, you feel less control over yourself thus
relieving you of personal responsibility.

This mind game over time,  keeps you from living your best life of optimal health and well being.
