How to Care for Your Feet

You can spend as little as a few minutes each day on taking care of your feet.

1.) Wash your feet with a wash cloth with gentle care and daily. This will bending over in the shower to lather them up.
You can use a long handled shower brush which is great or just sit on a chair outside the tub as you wash your feet below the faucets.
Make sure to dry feet fully, including between the toes.
The process of wash and dry is that reduce problems with things like athlete’s foot, odor, bacteria and fungus.
2.) Soak your feet.
Don’t use Epsom salt. The salt are too drying and do not offer any medical advantage.
Instead use warm water and some liquid soap, such as dish-washing solution, that contain skin softeners.
3.) Moisturize your feet after washing them.
During the winter when the skin is at its driest, you may prefer to moisturize them several times a each day. Nothing special is needed. Just the basic lotions and creams will be good.
