Earthing, also known as grounding, is the physical connection between the electrical frequencies of our bodies and with that of the Earth’s. Like the sun that constantly provides us with energy and vitamins, the earth is also a source of energy that contributes to our optimum health and wellness.
I can’t remember the last time I walked barefoot outside, except at the beach or getting out of a pool. Then, I gingerly hopped to my sandals because my feet were so tender. Though there was a time when I was a kid, that I went barefoot a lot more, but I wasn’t a Tom Sawyer by any means.
Earthing to me, is a relatively new term and concept. But it makes total sense, as I’ll explain.
I’m amazed at the amount of products that have popped up around earthing. Products like sheets and mats. To me it seems rather ironic, because earthing is so simple to do, and in my opinion, should be natural as possible. I haven’t personally tested or experimented with any of these products yet. From my research though, they do seem legit.
